Payment; Please note the only payment we accept is through PayPal.

Shipping; Items will always be sent by the end of the next working day after payment has cleared, usually same day if ordered before 2pm. Items ordered after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until the Monday morning. All UK items sent 1st Class Royal Mail and international items are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery.

Returns and Refund Policy; 

Unwanted and faulty items; We will accept unwanted or faulty products as long as they are received in 100% unused condition, in the original packaging. When returning an item to us, please include a note inside the package with your PayPal email address, and reason for return. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable.

Items damaged in transit; Items are always packaged safely, however some may be damaged for reasons beyond our control. If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to send a clear photo of the item before sending a replacement item out, or issuing a refund.

Items lost in transit; Please note that when an item get lost or undelivered due to incorrect / incomplete address details being provided by the buyer during the checkout process, we will need to wait until the case is returned to us by the carrier, and then we will offer a refund for the price of the case (original shipping costs if paid are not refundable) or we can re-send the item at buyer's expense. All returns must be made within 28 days of date of sale for UK customers, overseas returns must be recieved within 42 days.
